Circus Historical Society Convention 2024
The Circus Historical Society will hold its 2024 Convention in Atlanta Georgia at the Marriott Northeast/Emory University Area hotel from Sunday August 4 through Wednesday August 7.
Program
After a special meeting with the First of Mays, the convention will begin with a reception at 5:00pm on Sunday August 4 and end after the auction at 9:30pm on Wednesday August 7. The presentations and panel discussions on a wide range of circus history topics will be on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The banquet will be at noon on Tuesday.

In addition to the presentations, this year's convention will include an exclusive pre-show visit to Circus Vazquez on Tuesday morning. While there, conventioneers will learn about the production, logistics, and history of this world-class circus which is celebrating its 55th anniversary this year. Registration
CHS Members and their guests can register at the rate of $225 per person until July 15, 2024. The Non-member rate of $285 per person includes a one-year membership and subscription to Bandwagon. Additional fees apply after July 15th. The full-time Academic rate is $150, and the full-time Student rate is $125. Registration fees include admittance to all presentation sessions and to the reception, banquet, circus performance, and auction.
Cancellation Refunds: 100% before July 1 - 50% from July 1 to July 31 - No refund after July 31.
